SEO Pilot for Divi 5

Privacy policy for SEO Pilot

Last updated: 23 October 2026. This policy explains what the SEO Pilot plugin does with data and what we receive.

Who we are

SEO Pilot for Divi 5 is provided by The360Street, a venture of GeekFactory Innovations Pvt. Ltd. To contact us about this policy, use the contact page.

What SEO Pilot is

SEO Pilot is an SEO plugin for WordPress with a panel that works inside the Divi 5 Visual Builder. It runs on your own WordPress website.

Data stored on your website

SEO Pilot stores its settings, per-page SEO data, redirect rules and a log of missing URLs in your own WordPress database. If you connect a Google account, the connection credentials are stored there too and are never sent to the browser. We do not receive or hold this data.

Connecting a Google account

Connecting Google is optional. If you connect it, SEO Pilot requests access to Google Search Console, Google Site Verification and Google Analytics.

The Search Console and Site Verification scopes are used only to verify that you own your own website, add it to Search Console, submit your sitemap, and read your search performance. The Analytics scope is read-only and is used to show your Analytics reports and find your Measurement ID. SEO Pilot does not use these permissions for anything else and does not change other settings in your Google account.

Data is exchanged between Google and your website. Results are cached on your website for up to six hours.

Connecting through an authorisation service

Some installations connect through an authorisation service so that you do not need to set up your own Google credentials. When you approve access, Google gives the service an access token and a refresh token. The service passes them straight to your website inside an encrypted ticket that expires after two minutes, and then forgets them.

Your website sometimes sends its refresh token to the service to obtain a fresh access token. The token is used for that single request and is not stored.

The service stores nothing. It does not keep tokens, Google account data, Search Console data or Analytics data, and it cannot see your reports.

Google user data we access

Only if you choose to connect a Google account, SEO Pilot accesses the following Google user data through the Search Console, Site Verification and Analytics permissions described above:

  • your Search Console properties and sitemaps, and the search performance of your own website (clicks, impressions, average position, queries and pages);
  • the site verification token and status for your own website;
  • your Google Analytics accounts and properties, your Analytics reports, and your Measurement ID;
  • the access token and refresh token Google issues so the plugin can keep reading this data.

SEO Pilot does not request your name, email address, contacts, files or any other Google data beyond these permissions.

How we use Google user data

Google user data is used only to provide the features you asked for inside your own WordPress website: verifying that you own your website, adding it to Search Console, submitting your sitemap, and showing your search and Analytics reports in your WordPress admin and the Divi builder.

We do not use Google user data for advertising, profiling or sale, we do not use it to train any artificial intelligence or machine-learning model, and our staff do not read it. The only exceptions are where you give explicit consent, where it is needed for security or to comply with the law.

Who we share Google user data with

We do not sell, share, transfer or disclose Google user data to anyone. The data moves only between Google and your own website. If you connect through the authorisation service, it passes your tokens straight to your website and stores nothing, as described above. We may disclose data only if the law requires it.

How we protect Google user data

  • All communication with Google and with the authorisation service uses HTTPS.
  • When the authorisation service hands tokens to your website, it does so inside an encrypted ticket that expires after two minutes.
  • Tokens are stored in your own WordPress database, are never sent to the browser or shown in the interface, and only site administrators can connect, change or disconnect the Google connection.
  • The authorisation service stores no tokens and no Google data.

How long we keep Google user data and how to delete it

We keep no copy of Google user data. On your website, tokens are kept only while the connection exists, and reports fetched from Google are cached for up to six hours and then expire.

To delete the data at any time, use Disconnect in the plugin (SEO Pilot, then Search & Analytics), which revokes the token with Google and removes the stored credentials and cached reports from your website. Deleting the plugin removes them as well. You can also remove access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. For questions or deletion requests, use the contact page.

Analytics and tracking

SEO Pilot only adds a Google Analytics or Tag Manager tracking script if you enter an ID in its settings. Tracking scripts are not loaded in the Divi builder, and logged-in editors are not tracked by default.

IndexNow

IndexNow is optional and off by default. If you turn it on, SEO Pilot tells participating search engines the address of content you publish or update. It sends only that address.

Google API Services User Data Policy

SEO Pilot’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access and removing data

You can disconnect Google at any time using Disconnect in the plugin, which revokes the token with Google and removes the stored credentials. You can also remove access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Deleting the plugin removes its settings, redirects, 404 log and Google credentials from your database. Per-page SEO data is kept so that it survives a reinstall.
